Your flowers are expertly arranged, carefully hand-packed, and dispatched from our flower studio with next-day courier service.
- Delivery Window: Standard delivery takes place between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. During exceptionally busy periods, deliveries may occur between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
- Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not at home, our courier will either leave the flowers in a safe location or follow the delivery instructions provided. While we do our best, we cannot always guarantee that specific delivery instructions will be followed.
Special Same-Day Delivery
For orders placed same day before 12:00 noon, we offer a same-day delivery service within Abu Dhabi city limits.

Our Flowers
All flower arrangements are subject to availability. In the event of any supply challenges, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials with similar blooms of equal or greater value without prior notice. Please note that, as with all natural flowers, slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur — this is part of their unique beauty.We source our blooms from some of the world’s finest flower farms — from the Netherlands and New Zealand to Ecuador, Chile, Taiwan, Ethiopia, and Kenya. Our flowers are ordered twice a week to ensure they’re always fresh, vibrant, and ready to brighten your day.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery. Orders cancelled after this period are non-refundable.
