Refund policy

We are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and premium service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific terms regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. No Return & No Exchange
All sales are final once the order has been delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh flowers, customized arrangements, plants, or floral gifts.
2. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee your flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition.

If you’re not satisfied due to damage or quality issues upon delivery, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email, along with clear photo evidence.

We will assess the issue and offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement of the same or equivalent item

Store credit for the same value, valid for 365 days

Partial or full refund only if the error was on our end

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

If the recipient is unavailable at delivery and the flowers are left with security, neighbor, or in a safe location as per instructions

If incorrect address or contact details were provided

If environmental conditions (heat, humidity) affect the flowers after successful delivery

If flowers are not cared for following our guidelines (e.g., kept in direct sun, not placed in water)
4. Cancellations

Standard Orders: Cancellations accepted up to 12 hours before delivery time.

Same-Day / Peak-Day Orders (e.g. Valentine's, Mother’s Day): Not eligible for cancellation once processed.

Event & Bulk Orders: Follow terms outlined in the event agreement; deposits are typically non-refundable.
5. Change Requests
Changes to delivery details, card messages, or design requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to delivery. After this time, changes may not be possible depending on status of preparation.
6. Deposits for Events
For events or large orders, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the date and materials. Cancellations may be eligible for partial credit depending on notice period.
7. Gift Items & Add-ons

Balloons, vases, or other gift items may be returned or exchanged only if unopened and not personalized (cakes & chocolates not included), and within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14-20 business days. For card payments, bank processing times may vary. Store credit refunds are issued within 24 hours.
