Shipping & Delivery Policy

Service Areas

We currently deliver across Abu Dhabi.
If you need delivery outside these areas, please contact us at info@danayasflowers.com and we’ll try to help via a third-party courier (fees will apply).

Delivery Schedule

  • Standard Delivery (Next Day): Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) are delivered the next day within your chosen window.

  • Same-Day Delivery (Optional): Available for select products and locations if placed before 12:00 PM. Please call/WhatsApp +971 50 940 4429 to confirm availability and fees.

  • Peak Periods: During high-demand dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, UAE National Day, Eid, Christmas & New Year), delivery windows may extend. We’ll notify you at checkout or via message.

Delivery Fees (Guide)

Adjust these to your costs—keep them simple and transparent.

  • Abu Dhabi City (island): AED 25-45

  • Reem, Saadiyat, Yas, Raha, Khalifa City: AED 45-55

  • Shahama, Baniyas, Al Falah, MBZ, Musaffah: AED 65-75

  • Outlying/Restricted zones: quoted at checkout or by WhatsApp

  • Free Delivery Threshold: Orders above AED 349 qualify for free standard delivery (selected zones).

Delivery to Hospitals, Hotels & Offices

  • Please provide recipient’s full name, room/ward/department, and a reachable phone number.

  • Some locations only allow deliveries to reception/security. Once signed for, our responsibility is complete.

  • For hospitals, some wards (ICU/isolations) may reject flowers. We’ll contact you for alternatives if needed.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is unavailable at the address:

  1. Our driver will call the number(s) provided.

  2. If unreachable, we may leave the flowers with a receptionist/security/neighbor or in a safe, shaded place with your permission.

  3. Redelivery (same or next day) may incur an additional fee of AED 35 depending on location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Address changes after dispatch may incur a re-route fee.

Substitutions & Freshness

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If a specific bloom or wrap color is unavailable, we may substitute with equal or higher value while preserving the overall look and quality. We source from reputable farms and condition flowers for longevity.

Packaging & Handling

All arrangements are delivered hydrated (water bag/vase/flower food as applicable) and carefully packaged to withstand UAE temperatures. We recommend bringing flowers indoors promptly upon delivery.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

We’ll send a delivery confirmation once completed. For timed surprises, add “Do not call recipient before delivery” at checkout and provide an alternative contact so we can coordinate discreetly.

Weather, Traffic & Access Delays

Extreme weather, road closures, security checks, and building access rules can affect timing. We’ll keep you updated and deliver at the soonest safe opportunity.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Standard orders: Changes or cancellations accepted up to 12 hours before the delivery window.

  • Same-day & peak-day orders: Non-cancellable once processed.

  • Events & bulk orders: Follow the terms in your quotation (different cut-offs may apply).

Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery Policy

Perishable items can’t be returned. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or access refusal, we can arrange re-delivery for AED [X–Y] (zone-based). If re-delivery isn’t possible the same day, we’ll schedule the next day.

Click & Collect (Optional)

Pick-up is available from our shop between 10am-10pm. Please bring your order number/receipt.

International Shipping

We do not ship flowers internationally yet.
