Cancellation policy
At Danaya's Flowers, we value your trust and want to make your shopping experience seamless. The following outlines our accepted purchase methods and cancellation terms to ensure clarity for all our customers.
1. Purchase Options
We offer flexible and secure options for placing and paying for your floral orders:
a. Online Orders
You can place an order directly through our website or social media channels.

Payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (when available).

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
b. WhatsApp & Phone Orders
We also accept orders through WhatsApp or by phone for your convenience.

A photo reference and delivery details will be confirmed prior to processing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or payment link.
c. In-Store Purchases
Walk-in customers may select from ready-made bouquets or place advance orders.

Full payment is required for all made-to-order arrangements.
d. Corporate & Event Orders
For bulk or event orders, a non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to reserve the date and materials.

Remaining balance must be settled [3–5 days] before the delivery or event date.

Orders are processed once full payment is received.
2. Order Confirmation
All confirmed orders will receive a digital receipt or invoice containing your order details, total amount, and delivery schedule.

For same-day orders, confirmation will be sent as soon as payment is verified.

For advance orders, you’ll receive a reminder and confirmation one day before delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Standard Orders (Next-Day or Pre-Order)

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery are non-refundable, as the flowers may already be prepared.
b. Same-Day Orders

Once an order has been accepted and processed, it cannot be canceled or changed due to the immediate nature of preparation.
c. Event & Wedding Orders

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been sourced or floral design work has begun.

If cancellation occurs 7 days before the event, 50% of the total order value will be retained as a cancellation fee.

If canceled within 48 hours of the event, the full payment is non-refundable.
d. Peak Season Orders
During major floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, UAE National Day, Christmas, etc.), all orders are final once confirmed due to limited inventory and high demand.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds for bank transfers will be made manually; please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
