Welcome to Danaya's Flowers. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Danaya's Flowers (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a UAE-based provider of fresh/dried flower arrangements, curated gifts, and event floral design services. We are headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operate primarily within the Abu Dhabi and Dubai emirates.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order or use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law.

3. Product Availability and Substitutions

  • All products are subject to seasonal availability and may vary slightly from images shown due to natural variance.

  • In case certain flowers or materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with equal or higher value items while maintaining the overall style, quality, and theme of the design.

  • We guarantee the freshness of flowers at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payments via [credit/debit cards, Apple/Google Pay, payment link, cash on delivery, etc.].

  • Full payment is required before processing an order unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate or bulk accounts.

5. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Standard orders: Please allow 24 hours for processing unless same-day delivery is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.

  • Event or large-scale orders: A 50% deposit is required to confirm, with full payment due a day before the event.

6. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver only within Abu Dhabi & Dubai.

  • We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses, restricted access, inability to reach the recipient, natural weather factors, or other force majeure events.

7. Cancellation and Changes

  • Standard orders may be canceled or changed up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time, subject to availability.

  • Once flowers are prepared or dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

  • Event bookings follow contract-based cancellation terms and may include non-refundable deposits.

8. Returns, Refunds & Credits

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If an arrangement is delivered damaged or significantly unlike your confirmed design, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are not offered unless we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe due to our fault.

9. Special Requests & Customisation

We accommodate custom color themes, designs, and corporate branding whenever possible. Please reach out to us at info@danayasflowers.com or +971 50 940 4429 with at least 48 hours’ notice for customized projects.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, product ideas, and branding are the intellectual property of Danaya's Flowers and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount paid for the order.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or site.

12. Privacy

Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection laws. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver your order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
