Money Bouquet Delivery, Payment & Refund Policy

At Danaya’s Flowers & Chocolates, we take pride in creating handcrafted money bouquets and luxury gift arrangements tailored to your special occasion. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our delivery, payment, and cancellation policies below.

Delivery Policy

  Customers may choose their preferred delivery date during checkout.

  While we make every effort to deliver within the requested timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  Delivery schedules may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, and other holidays.

  If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them again using the details provided.
  

Payment Policy

All orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because each money bouquet is custom-made and prepared specifically for your order, we maintain the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation at Least 24 Hours Before Delivery

• 
  No cash refund will be issued.
  
• 
  The full amount paid will be converted into store credit valid for one (1) month from the cancellation date.
  

Same-Day Cancellation

• 
  No refund and no store credit will be provided.
  

Delivery Changes and Redelivery Fees

If any of the following occur after the bouquet has been dispatched:

• 
  The recipient requests a change of delivery address
  
• 
  The recipient delays acceptance of the order
  
• 
  The recipient does not answer the driver’s calls or messages
  

A new delivery fee will apply for redelivery. Please contact us for the applicable delivery charges.

Refused Orders

If the recipient refuses to accept the order:

• 
  Flowers, money bouquet materials, cakes, chocolates, and delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
  
• 
  Non-perishable gift items, if applicable, may be converted into store credit valid for one (1) month.
  

Product Availability & Substitutions

All Danaya’s Flowers arrangements are handcrafted using fresh flowers and premium materials. Natural variations in color, bloom size, and wrapping may occur. In the event that a specific flower or accessory is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while preserving the overall design and style.
